  Established in 2007, Shenzhen Sanguan Special steel Co., Ltd is a professional exporter of special steel. Invested by Weifeng New Material Technology Co.,Ltd and Sanli forging Co.,Ltd. EQUIPMENT WE USE
  • Electroslag remelting (ESR), also known as electro-flux remelting, is a process of remelting and refining steel.Generally the ESR process offers very high, consistent, and predictable product quality. Finely controlled solidification improves soundness and structural integrity. Ingot surface quality is improved by the formation of a solidified thin slag skin between ingot and mold wall during the remelting operation.
  • An electric arc furnace (EAF) is a furnace that heats charged material by means of an electric arc
  • Vacuum melting furnace utilizes electric currents to melt metal within a vacuum.Used for alloys which are subject to higher levels of stress, melting performed in a vacuum induction melting furnace makes it possible to not only improve the mechanical properties but also to assess the metal’s capability under hot deformation
  • 10TonsForging Hammer is widely accepted in modern open die forging plants, suitable for producing not only all kinds of steels,but also various open die forgings, such as shaft forgings, ring forgings, gear blanks, flanges etc.
  • Centerless Lathe turning machine is suitable for processing all kinds of materials of round bars,it will makes the surface much more smooth than normal turning.
Product Series
Hot work steel

Hot work tools operate at elevated temperatures and form different products in e.g. aluminum, steel or other metals.

The most common application areas in hot work are die-casting, extrusion and forging. The high working temperatures put very high demands on the tool steel. The properties' profile of material used for hot work should include an excellent hot strength as well as a very good ductility and toughness.

Cold work steel

Cold work steel is exposed to high stresses and requires great resistance against wear, impact and bending. The development of new steel grades is mainly guided by analyzing damage suffered by tools in various processes. In each area of use, properties are sought which will extend the working life of the tool. Different types of wear demand different types of steel. Product development is moving towards producing more robust steels with higher resistance to wear and greater durability.

Plastic Mould Steel

Choosing the optimum mould material for best tooling and production economy.

When a new moulded part is to be produced many important decisions have to be made in order to fulfil all requirements set. Decisions will depend on plastic material, production method, multi or single cavity, number of parts to be produced, tolerance and surface finish.

High-speed steel

(HSS or HS) is a subset of tool steels, commonly used in tool bits and cutting tools.

It is often used in power-saw blades and drill bits. It is superior to the older high-carbon steel tools used extensively through the 1940s in that it can withstand higher temperatures without losing its temper (hardness). This property allows HSS to cut faster than high carbon steel, hence the name high-speed steel. At room temperature, in their generally recommended heat treatment, HSS grades generally display high hardness (above HRC60) and abrasion resistance (generally linked to tungsten and vanadium content often used in HSS) compared with common carbon and tool steels.

Alloy steel

Structural steel is a category of steel used as a construction material for making structural steel shapes. A structural steel shape is a profile, formed with a specific cross section and following certain standards for chemical composition and mechanical properties. Structural steel shapes, sizes, composition, strengths, storage practices, etc., are regulated by standards in most industrialized countries.

Carbon steel

Carbon steel is steel in which the main interstitial alloying constituent is carbon in the range of 0.12–2.0%,we add carbon to iron to solidify the structures in it and strengthen the resulting metal. It’s one of the most cost-effective alloying materials, and altering the amount of carbon changes the properties of the steel. Carbon steels can be classified as low-carbon steels, medium-carbon steels, high-carbon steels and ultrahigh-carbon steels.

Stainless Steel

'Stainless' is a term coined early in the development of these steels for cutlery applications. It was adopted as a generic name for these steels and now covers a wide range of steel types and grades for corrosion or oxidation resistant applications.

Stainless steels are iron alloys with a minimum of 10.5% chromium. Other alloying elements are added to enhance their structure and properties such as formability, strength and cryogenic toughness
